Everything I know, I learned from Ron....
1. Always be nice.
2. Don't be afraid to try something new. (Ron is the reason I ended up in Rhode Island.)
3. Know when to keep your mouth shut.
4. Whenever possible, take the credit.
5. Just always be nice.
